Meetup of Opportunities for the Youth of Khmelnytskyi Region

More than 220 students from higher education institutions of the Khmelnytskyi Oblast took part in the meetup “Stay, Create, Grow.” The expert team of the VITAGRO Group joined the open discussion with young people, including:

The event was held in the format of a live dialogue. Students actively asked questions about starting a career, income levels, the pace of professional growth, and real opportunities in Ukrainian business. The discussion also covered the challenges of 2026, the role of innovation and energy efficiency, the responsibility behind management decisions, and the importance of teamwork.

Our experts shared practical cases, experience in scaling business areas, and principles for developing young professionals. The conversation focused on concrete opportunities the company creates for those who are ready to take responsibility and deliver results.

As part of the event, we announced the launch of a startup project competition in partnership with regional educational institutions. Young people can submit technical, marketing, or management ideas. The best initiatives will receive resource support and the opportunity to implement their projects within VITAGRO’s structure.
